Abstract
This communication is centred on a presentation of what has been called the French School of technological systemics (systemique), based on contributions from Bertrand Gille and Gilbert Simondon. This approach will be considered as a complementary alternative to the Anglo-Saxon analysis of technological change mainly represented by Thomas P. Hughes. Secondly, a communication aiming at providing a pertinent analysis of the Internet phenomena based on the conceptual system of this school, especially of the fundamental concepts of technological system and technological object
