  • Abstract
    By the end of 1997 a proposal was made to the Superior Council of the Argentine Catholic University of Argentina to create the postgraduate course Lawyer Specialized in High Tech Law, approved by the Argentine Government on April 14, 1998, and granting a nation-wide valid diploma. The course is being attended by its third promotion, formed by lawyers, members of the Judiciary and of the Public Administration, as well as colleagues from Brazil and Uruguay. The 18 subjects of the curricula cover fields such as information technology law, telecommunications and biotechnology. This presentation proposes the analysis and development of this experience undertaken at the Universidad Catolica Argentina, the related study methodology and the relevant results
