            Abstract :
The quality assurance of integrative and interdisciplinary research raises specific problems. It is shown that results of systems analysis-being considered as a tool for integrative research in technology assessment-depend on a manifold of preempirical decisions which are made due to ethically, politically or socially relevant criteria. This fact leads to the necessity for interactivity in designing integrative projects
