Abstract :
Mobile computing is challenged by the fact that the device is not physically connected to network resources and is self contained. This creates a series of problems that must be solved to achieve a working system. This paper identifies a group of problems, the theoretical solutions and the reduction in practice as achieved in actual implementations.
