Abstract :
As the interface that links production planning management system to equipment controlling system on low level, discrete Manufacturing Executive System (MES) is the difficulty of the research and implement on Management Information System (MIS) at present. In this paper, the architecture and the effect of the various function modules of discrete MES are discussed. Cultural Algorithms that are applied to solve the scheduling optimization are given. According to this architecture, discrete MES constructed will be able to realize real-time scheduling of production planning and real-time control of production process.
