Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Income of the Farmers in Rural Tourism of Dujiangyan City on the Base of Regression Model

A large amount of data is obtained through questionares, on the basis of which, a multiple linear regression model have been established. With the application of MATLAB software, we have learned though the correlation analysis, of which the prediction accuracy is calculated to be "r = 54.25", that the three main factors affecting the income of peasants are : educational background, the distance between the housing site and the scenic spot and professional types. Furthermore, these three factors have a linear correlations to the farmers\´ income.
