            Abstract : 
We introduce weight enumerators of liner codes over the ring F2+uF2={0,1,u,1+u}. We first study the MacWilliams relations of liner codes over F2+uF2 under the Hermitian inner product. We proved that for codes over the ring F2+uF2 the MacWilliams relations are the same for both inner products.
