Abstract :
The flood disaster has become one of the natural disasters, which brings serious damage to human now. In 2010 July, it is happened in more than a hundred years that the flood occurred in the northwestern of Pakistan. This paper uses this example to identify that the country´s flood caused great casualties and economic loss. With the comprehensive consideration of precipitation, rivers, terrain, land use, vegetation and social economy, a total of six kinds of related factors, this paper which uses Pakistan as the research object and uses the 1km grid data as the basis makes the rasterizing and normalization. Using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) gives every factor of different weights, and the various layers are overlaid to assessment hazard and vulnerability of flood. Finally, the flood risk comprehensive evaluation map of Pakistan is finished, and on this basis, the results are corresponding analyzed.
