Abstract :
Ultra-wideband technology is rapidly shaping up as a very challenging alternative for current indoor short distance wireless communication. An overview of the silent characteristics of UWB and its implications on future modem wireless communications systems is presented in this work. Future projections on UWB technology are also outlined.
