Abstract :
A construction method of three channels non-separable wavelet filter bank is presented and a multispectral image fusion method based on this kind of filter bank is proposed. The approximation images and the detail images of the multi-resolution pyramid decompositions are fused. The experiment results show that this method has good visual effect. The performance outperforms the IHS fusion method, the DWT fusion method and the JHS-DWT fusion method in preserving spectral quality and high spatial resolution information.
