Abstract
An overview of offset reduction techniques is given. It will be shown that in current-mode systems chopped amplifiers are favorable over autozeroed amplifiers. A chopped amplifier with internal low-pass filter is presented. This new technique is applied in a very low-power temperature microsystem. This thermometer consumes less than 10 μW at a sample-rate of 2 samples/sec
