Abstract :
With the development of social economy and technology, the scale of engineering project enlarges continuously, and the risk is growing gradually. As a kind of effective way to share engineering risk, the engineering insurance is becoming the important tool of engineering project risk management, and choosing the efficient engineering insurance strategy is becoming the main emphasis of engineering project risk management. This paper presents that forecasting the risk loss of engineering project to estimate insurance claim amount is the key of engineering insurance strategy choice by insurance operation system analysis of engineering project. Based on this idea, this paper structures engineering project insurance strategy SD simulation model, and proves it with the simulation example of A bridge construction projects.
