Abstract :
A fast cross spectrum interpolation algorithm of time delay measurement for Passive Satellite Orbit Determination and Tracking is put forward in this paper. The principle, computational complexity and resolution of the fast algorithm are analyzed and an application in a navigation and location system is showed in the ending of the article. It shows that the fast algorithm is efficient and it can meet the requirement of high precision.
