Abstract :
Long-term storage equipment has the characteristics of “long-term storage, several tests, and single use”, so it is difficult to assess the health condition timely. Given that environmental factors affect health condition of this equipment greatly, an assessment method of environment impact on health condition based on matter-element theory is put forward. Health condition is divided into 5 grades: good, normal, medium, weak and sick. To reduce uncertainty in the process of assessing health condition, the extension AHP method is used to analyze index weights on the basis of determining evaluation element, classical extent and nodal extent. At last, an application analysis shows that the method is feasible and effective.
