  • Abstract
    Introduces the advantage of ultrasonic wave flowmeter in measurement of oil, gas and water during the production of oil, analysis the structure, principle, the reason of error of ultrasonic wave flowmeter, and the problem should be pay attention to during the process of development of the ultrasonic wave flowmeter, introduces the method of signal communication, measurement and micro power between chip TDC-QP2 and MCU MSP430. The coordination of TDC-QP2 and MSP430 has its strong advantage in development of micro power portable ultrasonic wave flowmeter. In comparison with the electromagnetic flow meter of 0.5 precision grade of Siemens company, The error of DN50 ultrasonic wave flow meter used in the test of water injection in Tuha oilfield is less than 2.5%, when the flow is in range of 1~30m3/h.
