Abstract :
Along with the development of network technique, multimedia technology has been widely applied in college English teaching This article explores the construction of a new multimedia-based teaching model of college oral English, and emphasizes its features, elements and teaching strategies in order to optimize oral English teaching and improve the student´s communicative ability.
