A study on training of rural teachers based on E-Learning

Abstract :
The problem of rural education is the key problem of Chinese education in future, the development of rural teachers is the central problem. The Chinese governments have adopted series strategies to train rural teachers in many ways, but the effects are barely satisfactory. How to improve the rural teachers´ professional level quickly and widely is an era proposition. The attributes of E-Learning are appropriate to the reality lives of rural teachers, so it is an alternative and advanced model of rural teachers training. This paper describe the characters of E-Learning, and put forward four operative strategies.
