Abstract :
In order to improve environment supervision enforcement ability against secretly illegal discharge, the present paper explores the optimization design of Wastewater Chemical Fingerprint Database (WCFD) based on Access. The characteristics of various pollutants are analyzed on the basis of the wastewater data from factories surrounding Tongzhou North Canal and the river water data. WCFD has friendly operation interface and is convenient to store, manage, consult the data and trace back the pollution source of illegal discharge.
