Title :
Selection of model structure for control

Abstract :
We consider the problem of selecting, on the basis of input-output data, a model structure from a finite class. The formulation is such that a controller is selected, also from a finite class, to minimize a risk function related to control performance. The approach is Bayesian. A method is given to calculate a priori probabilities for black-box models.
