            Abstract : 
In this work we present results of numerical modeling based on Pocklington integral equation of flat superlenses composed of helixes and linear half-wave pieces as well as of helical coils facing in different direction. The resolution of lenses was determined. Experimental results, which confirm the mathematical model to be appropriate, are presented.
