Abstract

Aiming at the advantages of traditional network management in SNMP, combined with the characteristics of wireless sensor network itself A method of wireless sensor network management based on SNMP is gived. That wireless sensor network is abstracted as a virtual device as SNMP managed node, to achieve this wireless network management from the system level, integrated configuration, operations and maintenance functionality in a traditional way. Adapting to technology of wireless sensor network bases on the protocol 802.15.4/ZigBee and the Embedded System, a ZigBee wireless sensor network management based on SNMP is designed and realized.D escribed the composing of the system, working principle and the function of each parts.
