Abstract :
Cobalt60, heavy ion and proton irradiations of the LUPA4000 2048×2048 pixel CMOS image sensor were performed to assess the performance for ESA´s proposed Solar Orbiter mission. Performance is acceptable up to at least 20 krad(Si).
