Abstract :
Combined with the current piezoelectric genetic sensor technology and DNA computing theory, DNA computing model based on piezoelectric genetic sensor is designed. And as an example of solving the satisfiability problem, the calculation process is discussed in detail. Contrast the previous method of DNA computing, such calculation can be carried out solution detection at same time, so that the calculation process is continuous, while ensuring a high degree of parallelism and accuracy about DNA computing. This shows that the gene sensor technology has great application potential in the research field of solving the problem of computing for the use of biological macromolecules.
