Abstract :
In this paper we first analyze various methods of knowledge leakage risk control and their costs and benefits in knowledge alliance. Then employ game theory to establish the selection model on schemes of knowledge leakage risk control in alliance. After analyze the process, strategies and outcomes of the partners in knowledge alliance, the premises and conditions of selecting different knowledge leakage risk control scheme are put forward.
