Abstract :
An open-loop power control scheme in the CDMA/TDD system is presented, which is based on the adaptive prediction of the multipath fading channel. The linear and nonlinear adaptive prediction filters are studied. Computer simulations show that this scheme can achieve the precise power control even in the worse fading channel, and the Volterra based nonlinear filter provides the optimum performance
