            Abstract : 
A dynamic chromatic dispersion compensation system is implemented with a dispersion monitoring module based on frequency shift of semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA). Experimental result shows that its compensation range isplusmn100 ps/nm, accuracy is less thanplusmn5 ps/nm.
