Abstract
Due to the problems of the automatic water level control from low load to full load, utilization of different adaptive control methods is presented in this paper after description of a simplified model of the level of the steam generator and analysis of the drawbacks of the classical controllers. The problems involved in the implementation of different adaptive control methods are described and finally a simplified adaptive control method is set out which avoids the different problems encountered.
