            Abstract : 
The paper presents theoretical analysis of CI/PO-CI/OFDM technique at different sampling rates, and proves that CI/PO-CI/OFDM signal can be obtained by simple rearrangement of the parallel data with or without phase rotation and can be regarded as cyclic-prefix-based single carrier (SC-CP) system but with much more complexity at both the transmitter and receiver.
