Workflow system(WS) is a software system implements the definition, management and execution of workflow. Possessing more flexible and powerful execution of business process in WS is important in military application environment in which transfer of execution privilege is frequent and requirement on responsibility is various. More comprehensive analysis of the affection and shortcoming when applying SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) technology in the WS. Based on the analysis of application´s characteristics in that environment, advances the conception of application-oriented WS.
