Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce the so-called new encryption algorithm of dynamic key, making even a single fixed key encrypt the same plaintext twice, which the two are different ciphertexts if the time difference, so that chosen plaintext attacks and known plaintext attacks have become infeasible.
