Abstract :
Two different types of dielectric composites based on lanthanum-modified zirconate titanate and barium titanate have been developed. When fabricated in MLC (multilayer capacitor) form, these composites show good dielectric characteristics and exhibit room-temperature dielectric constants of 2600 and 2100 according to X7T and X7S specifications in the EIA standard
