Abstract :
At present, the sterilizers for medical use produced by most enterprises have some shortcomings like low degree of automation, low efficiency of disinfection and poors results of disinfection. This paper introduces pulsating vacuum sterilizer. It has PIC microcontroller as the core, supplemented by the keyboard, LCM display, real time clock circuit, temperature and pressure data acquisition circuit, telephone control circuit, voltage reference circuit, implementation driver circuit, alternating current zero-crossing detection circuit to form the hardware circuit. The software design uses bulk transfer structure and modular design. Test results show that the system is stable, with good disinfection effects and being easy to operate.
