Abstract :
The high-Kt performance of PZT95/5-type ceramics was occasionally exploited during the study of their phase transition properties. This report gives some results of the primary studies of this performance. The study of the relationship between Kt and the ratio of Zr/Ti is discussed. As with other piezoelectric ceramics, the doping effect on Kt is obvious. The Nb2O5 doping effect is reported
