Abstract
The analysis of an infinite array of aperture coupled patch elements is performed using a mixed potential integral equation in the space domain. The two main advantages of solving the problem in the space domain include the ability to model fine features of the antenna element easily and the simple extension to an element-by-element approach for modeling finite arrays. Impedance results for multilayered, aperture coupled elements are presented.
