Abstract :
In the effective medium approximation it is shown that a ferroelectric-type dielectric anomaly (∈⇒∞) takes place in percolative heterogeneous superconductors near the critical point of the smeared transition. The calculation was confirmed with experimental data on the temperature behavior of dielectric susceptibility for La1.8Sr0.2CuO4 ceramics. For the three-phase superconductor-metal-dielectric system, phase diagrams are calculated in the temperature-dielectric phase-concentration coordinates
