Abstract :
The basic problem with the development of pyroelectric pulsed ionizing radiation detectors (PDs) is to detect and investigate the physical effects which under radiation exposure result in the flow of electric charge in PD electric circuit. These physical effects have been separated into the useful pyroelectric effect and the accompanying effects, causing distortion of the detector response. The experimental data for all these effects are presented
