Abstract
Perfect city bus system is the foundation of the rapid development to city. Therefore, the appraisal of the city bus system is very important, which can give the governors fact of the city bus system so that the governors can get the most perfect decision-making. To satisfy with the economics and society, the city governors must set up the most consummated city bus system to maintain the rapid development and sustainable development of the city. Neglecting the appraisal of the city bus system will cause the sustainable development of the city being in trouble. Otherwise, the effective appraisal can help the city get the sustainable development. In the first place, this article introduced the content and characteristics of the city bus system and the appraisal index system. Moreover, this article gave us a new management appraisal model to inspect the city bus system, which is clear and valuable. The unascertained measure model was used to inspect that whether or not the city bus system of Xingtai is effective and efficient, which is useful for the cities to get the fast economy development.
