Abstract
The electron microbeam irradiation system is used to analyze cellular biological effects of low-dose radiation (energy fewer than 100 keV). In this paper, a microbeam irradiation system is developed for cell image acquisition and cell nucleus position chase. The target tracking capability of this microbeam system has practical applications in microdosimetric aspects of low-dose radiation.
