Abstract

Being at the primary stage, China mobile payment industry cries for a proper business mode between mobile operator and finance organization which are the keys in the industry chain. In this paper, we study this issue by using game theory. First, we present a three-person game model among these three players, i.e., government, mobile operator and finance organization. Then, we obtain the Nash equilibrium of this model. Finally, we propose some management insights and suggestions to mobile payment industry in China.
