Abstract :
According to the logic chip design feature, divides the chip work´s time signal into 4 kinds: Clock signal, input signal, combination output signal and register output signal. Has analyzed each kind of signal characteristic, proposed and has designed the signal type recognition algorithm in the logic chip restructuring design. The algorithm principle is based on the input-output signal´s time delay - distinction time domain as the key parameter, has designed the detailed signal identification algorithm. The test indicated that the algorithm recognition average recognition rate achieves about 80%.
