Abstract
In the present study, we developed a simplified positron emission tomography (PET) measurement to evaluate histamine H1 receptor (HIR). Our findings demonstrated that brain images reflecting HIR can be obtained with static PET scan started from 70 min after injection of [11C]doxepin.
