Abstract :
As a science and reasonable method fuzzy synthetic evaluation method can appraise the fit or unfit quality of each investment project accurately. Through constructing the set of factor and evaluation, determines the evaluating index weight and affiliation level grades by expert, constructs fuzzy evaluation model, finally carries on the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation. The example analysis Indicates: according to principle of fuzzy mathematics´ biggest affiliation level, it may solve the question of multi-index appraisal about project feasibility through transforming fuzzy matrix operation to carry on the quantitative analysis to the complex factor. This method overcomes one-sidedness that formerly unitary target appraisal to the project investment decision, avoids the single direction deviation, analysis the target´s relations comprehensively, provides a science and practical method for the enterprise to carry on the project investment decision.
