Recently, more and more people use smart mobile communication devices, such as smart phones and tablet computers. In institution of higher education, the student number owning mobile phones is far more than the one owning computers. There is a chance to transplant academic affairs management from computers to mobile phones to improve service quantity and management efficiency. In this article, we introduce an educational administration inquire system based on mobile device, which contains several functions: searching a teacher´s course schedule, searching the scores of courses of students, etc. It may be used in many kinds of phones, for example, phones with WAP browsers and/or web browsers and android phones.
