A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for group decision making: Application for embedding information on communicating materials

It is not uncommon today to use intelligent products for ensuring an information continuum all along the product lifecycle. However, it is not that easy to identify what information should be stored on the product, in particular because of the large number of persons who are concerned by it. This paper proposes to use fuzzy AHP to select context-sensitive information from the database, that must be stored on the product. Through our approach, points of view from different actors are aggregated thanks to the fuzzy logic.
