Abstract
Given a signal x which is of bounded energy and either time-limited-and-essentially band-limited or (strictly) bandlimited, we present techniques, based on a generalized spline framework, for optimal determination of the values of x(t) and of its spectrum X(ω) for any specified t and ω, from a finite set of samples of X.
