Abstract :
A model describing exponential stability of Cohen-Grossberg neural network with time-delays and variable coefficient is considered by means of Lyapunov functionals and analysis technique of differential inequality. Some sufficient conditions for existence and exponential are given. In the process of proof, we extend the limitation of Lyapunov function and make the result more general. So we expand some results.
