Abstract
The article proposes a new method for fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems in which the attribute values are expressed as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. And in those kind problems, the attribute weights are completely unknown. Based on the deviation degree of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, the paper innovatively extends two-phase projection model into interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision making problems and obtains an optimal weight vector. This article first combines projection method and set pair analysis theory. It points out the shortcoming of fuzzy set pair situation and proposes a new concept which is named as relative set pair situation. At last, the alternatives are ranked according to the corresponding relative set pair situation.
