Abstract
The lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave is derived at the interface of conductive media by the phase shift of reflected electromagnetic wave, and a numerical computing example of a low frequency wave is given. The results show that the shift increases with the increasing of incidence angle, and when the incidence angle approaches 90° , the reflected wave will propagates for a long distance before returning to the first medium.
