            Abstract : 
Using polar equations for conic sections, we research conic circumscribed 2n+1-gons deeply on the basis of papers [1-4]. Thus two general fixed value theorems for directed areas of some triangles in conic circumscribed 2n+1-gons and some related concurrent, equiareal results are derived . So the results of papers [1-4] are unified.
