Abstract :
This paper deals with the blow-up property of the positive solution for a reaction diffusion system with localized terms ut - Δu = emu(0, t)+nv(x, t), vt - Δv = epu(x,t)+qv(0,t) under null Dirichlet condition. The blow up set and blow up rates are obtained.
